Salary: $70,000 to $130,000 base (DOE) + quarterly performance bonus

  • Bar Requirement: Active Arizona Bar admission required

What you will do:
  • Handle family law matters from initial case strategy through resolution, including divorce, legal separation, child custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, and modifications
  • Appear in court for hearings, conferences, evidentiary proceedings, and trials
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation
  • Draft and argue motions, prepare memoranda and briefs, and ensure all documents comply with relevant rules and standards
  • Provide clients with clear, informed legal advice and represent them with professionalism and compassion
  • Negotiate settlements effectively and counsel clients through complex and emotionally sensitive situations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, maintaining organized case files and documentation
  • Collaborate with paralegals and staff to move cases efficiently and maintain strong client service throughout the process

Work Structure

This role follows a hybrid work model:
  • Court appearances and certain client meetings must be conducted onsite
  • Office presence is expected for collaboration, trial preparation, and team coordination as needed
  • Administrative work, drafting, and case preparation may be completed remotely when appropriate

Required Qualifications:
  • Active Arizona Bar admission in good standing
  • Demonstrated family law experience, including courtroom appearances and hearings
  • Strong commitment to family law and advocacy for clients
  • Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
  • Reliable, professional, and compassionate client communication
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a desire to advance a career within a growing firm
  • Ability to travel for court-related hearings throughout Arizona
