An established law firm in Southwest Florida is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join its Cape Coral / Fort Myers area office.This position is well suited for an attorney with an existing estate planning practice who is seeking a long-term professional home offering significant earning potential, strong institutional support, and a collegial work environment.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active member of The Florida Bar, in good standing
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in estate planning
- Existing book of business required
- Demonstrated ability to manage matters independently
- Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills
- Wills and trusts (revocable and irrevocable)
- Trust and estate administration
- Probate matters
- Asset protection planning
- Business succession planning (as applicable)
- Highly competitive compensation structure with substantial upside
