East Brunswick Law firm concentrating in plaintiff's personal injury, employment law, medical malpractice and worker's compensation seeks an attorney with five or more years of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice and/or employment law. The duties involve legal research, preparation and filing of pleadings, briefs, motions, preparing and responding to discovery demands, review of expert reports, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, attending arbitrations and trying cases. The candidate must have recent plaintiff's personal injury experience, recent experience in taking and defending depositions and recent experience in arguing motions in N.J.
