T. Carney Sussex Law is seeking an accomplished Attorney to take a leading role within its transactional practice, advising clients across real estate and business. This opportunity is designed for a seasoned attorney who brings strong legal judgment, confidence with complex transactions, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
What You'll Get:
- Base Salary: $150,000–$175,000

Responsibilities:
- Guide transactions and ensure matters move forward smoothly
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and documents
- Communicate with clients and other parties throughout the legal process
- Collaborate with the team while managing matters independently
- Contribute strategic insight to the continued growth and direction of the practice
Qualifications:
- J.D from an accredited law school and active Delaware Bar admission
- More than 5 years of legal experience, preferably in transactional law
- Background in real estate, business, lending, or related legal matters
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively
