Responsibilities:
You will zealously represent clients in affirmative and defensive immigration cases; core tasks include:

Litigating Immigration Court cases, particularly within our asylum docket
Representing clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and U.S. Consulates
Drafting detailed immigration petitions and client affidavits
Maintaining case files and database records with integrity
Providing timely case status updates to clients
Helping to manage our dedicated team of paralegals and assistants

Qualifications:

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (essential)
Over two years of experience as an immigration attorney preferred
Admitted to a State Bar and in good standing
A serious commitment to accuracy, organization, and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while following established protocols
A sincere, empathetic manner with clients and colleagues alike
High ethical standards and a service-minded outlook'
Strong organizational skills with detail in follow-up is necessary

Compensation:
$70,000-100,000 annual salary, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.

Bonus levels are unlimited, but set up to earn an additional $15,000/year with productive 40-hour work weeks.
