Responsibilities:
You will zealously represent clients in affirmative and defensive immigration cases; core tasks include:
- Litigating Immigration Court cases, particularly within our asylum docket
- Representing clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and U.S. Consulates
- Drafting detailed immigration petitions and client affidavits
- Maintaining case files and database records with integrity
- Providing timely case status updates to clients
- Helping to manage our dedicated team of paralegals and assistants
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (essential)
- Over two years of experience as an immigration attorney preferred
- Admitted to a State Bar and in good standing
- A serious commitment to accuracy, organization, and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while following established protocols
- A sincere, empathetic manner with clients and colleagues alike
- High ethical standards and a service-minded outlook'
- Strong organizational skills with detail in follow-up is necessary

Compensation:
$70,000-100,000 annual salary, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
Bonus levels are unlimited, but set up to earn an additional $15,000/year with productive 40-hour work weeks.
