Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Attorney to join our team. A successful candidate will work closely with the staff at Brehmer Law on a variety of legal matters, gaining experience and skills across practice areas. Preferred (but not required) practice areas are: Estate Planning, Business Law, Real Estate or Employment Law. As a vital member of our firm, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal representation to our diverse clientele and become an active and engaged member of our communities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
Draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
Represent clients effectively and advocate on their behalf.
Collaborate closely with the staff at Brehmer Law to develop strategies and favorable outcomes for clients.
Communicate professionally and confidently with clients, colleagues and opposing counsel to ensure effective case management and resolution.
Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients, guiding them through complex legal matters and helping them make informed decisions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
