Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney at A Business & Real Estate Law Firm located in Cutler Bay, FL. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients on a range of legal matters, such as corporate law, intellectual property, employment law, real estate law, and litigation. The Attorney will also collaborate with partners and associates to develop legal strategies, conduct legal research, and manage cases.
Qualifications:
- Active membership in the Florida Bar Association
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, with experience in corporate law, real estate law, Property Insurance and litigation preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
- Strong research and writing skills, with proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
- Knowledge of state and federal court procedures and rules of evidence
- Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to ethical standards of the legal profession.
