- A skilled Attorney with 2-3 years' experience. Insurance Litigation/Insurance Coverage experience is preferred.
- Admitted to practice in the State of Florida.

- Strong research, communication, and writing skills.

Attorney responsibilities will include the following:
- Review of claim files, analysis of case strategy, preparation of strategy reports.
- Attend court hearings and depositions.
- Preparation of litigation pleadings, strategic discovery, and motion practice.
- Negotiate favorable settlements for our clients.
- Provide tactical feedback to clients in a responsive manner.
