Description:
We are looking for attorneys who want to help people injured by the negligence of others. We welcome both newly admitted and experienced attorneys.Compensation:
- $100,000–$190,000 per year, depending on experience
- Bonus structure in addition to base salary

Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
- Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Representing clients in depositions, mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their case
- Collaborating with other members of the legal team to achieve successful outcomes for clients
- Staying up to date on California laws and regulations relevant to personal injury cases
Qualifications:
- Admission to the California State Bar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Negotiation skills
- Litigation experience, including depositions, hearings, and trials, is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
