The Work Justice Firm is looking for an attorney to join our firm's class/PAGA practice. We have a strong team of experienced class/PAGA litigators and can train the right candidate. This position is for someone with between 1 and 7 years of class/PAGA litigation experience.Requirements:
- active CA bar license;
- experience litigating class/PAGA cases;
- ability to manage a large caseload;
- effective negotiating skills in mediation and with defense counsel;
- strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude; and
- strong academic credentials
