Our law firm is looking for a trial attorney to represent clients in court proceedings for Unlawful Detainers. If you have a strong passion for the law and courtroom advocacy, this position could be an exciting career for you. The trial attorney will advocate for clients and appear in court for motion hearings, trials, and jury trials. The ideal candidate will have experience and litigation and preferably Unlawful Detainers.Responsibilities:
- Develop case strategies and present arguments effectively in court
- Interview clients and witnesses for court
- Represent clients in court for motions, bench trials, and jury trials
Qualifications:
- Active licensed attorney with the California State Bar
- Litigation experience preferred
- Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
