## Duties
- Provide legal advice and represent clients in court
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective legal solutions
## Experience
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the state bar association
- Proven experience working in a law office or similar legal environment
- Strong research and writing skills
Lindsay Law, PLLC is a well established firm with two locations in Western North Carolina. Stephen P. Lindsay is an experienced trial attorney practicing since 1985. This position is available for an associate attorney that has been admitted to practice in North Carolina, and requires knowledge in a wide range of practice areas, including: criminal law, personal injury, civil litigation, family law, student misconduct appeals, Title IX matters, and State and Federal Appeals. Lindsay Law, PLLC primarily practices in Buncombe, Macon, Henderson, Polk and Transylvania Counties. We are looking for a motivated self starter with a strong desire to grow with us and to assist with existing matters.
