Your Role:
As an attorney at C+C, you will play a pivotal role in litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, learn to develop business and be part of a team in developing case strategies, managing all aspects of litigation— from fact investigation to drafting pleadings, writing and arguing motions and taking depositions to actually trying cases.

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you must be a current member in good standing with the CA (California) Bar and/or NV (Nevada) State Bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen ability to analyze and write about legal issues. You should also be ready to roll up your sleeves and work closely with clients and our seasoned team of trial and appellate attorneys, manage all stages of litigation, and contribute to the firm's continued success. If you don't want to be a trial attorney, that's ok too but if you do, we have plenty of opportunities for you!
Preferred Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
- Active CA (California) Bar license and/or NV (Nevada) Bar license in good standing
- Interest in civil litigation, appellate and/or transactional practice
- Strong writing, case analysis, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and eagerness to learn
