Description:
The Spinks Law Group is a litigation practice that is seeking to hire an associate attorney to join our rapidly growing team. The position is going to be structured to be a full-time position that has remote/hybrid possibilities once settled in. The ideal candidate for the position has 3+ years of litigation experience (primarily in insurance defense or related/similar field.)The duties of the attorney will come with the expectations of fully handling case activities including legal research, pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, trials, meeting with clients/witnesses, and work related travel (in-state primarily). The candidate will work with other attorneys on the Spinks Law Group team to ensure effective and sound representation of our clients during all phases of litigation or other legal process.
The candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of Alabama and be in good standing with the bar. This position is ideal for a detail oriented, self-starter with a strong work ethic.
