We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate attorney to join our team. We are a dedicated Social Security Disability law firm committed to helping individuals obtain the benefits they deserve. No prior experience in Social Security Disability law is required; we provide comprehensive training to all new hires.Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Social Security Disability claims, handling all aspects from initial application through the appeals process.
- Conduct thorough client interviews to gather necessary information and evidence.
- Analyze medical records and other documentation to assess eligibility for benefits.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including applications, appeals, and briefs.
- Represent clients at administrative hearings and federal court proceedings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and medical professionals.
- Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be an active member in good standing of any U.S. state bar.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
