Role Description:This is a full-time position for an Attorney at A Family Law Firm. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients in matters related to family law. The role will involve representing clients in court, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and negotiating settlements. This is a hybrid role, located in Dearborn, MI, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the State Bar in Michigan
- Experience practicing family law in Michigan
- Strong knowledge of family law statutes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively advocate for clients and provide sound legal advice
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
