Description:
Friedman & Feiger, LLP is seeking a skilled and dedicated Attorney with 8-10 years of recent experience practicing as a civil litigation attorney. Candidate must be admitted to the Texas State Bar.The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Ability to handle a high case load.
- Excellent writing and oratorical skills.
- Trial, court hearings and deposition experience.
- Case management experience in commercial and complex business litigation.
- Experience preparing and arguing state and federal court motions and pleadings.
- Ability to assist in drafting and editing legal documents, petitions, pre-trial briefs and discovery.
Candidates should submit a non-confidential writing sample, preferably one filed in court.
