We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney with 8-10 years experience to join our team at Friedman & Feiger, LLP in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time on-site role requiring expertise in family law (board certified preferred). Responsibilities include advising clients on legal matters related to family law, drafting legal documents such as motions, representing clients in depositions and court hearings, and managing cases with professionalism and diligence. Collaborating with colleagues and maintaining client confidentiality is paramount in this position.Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Family Law and resolution of legal issues involving family dynamics
- Experience in drafting and filing legal documents, including motions
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and manage depositions effectively
- Strong knowledge of general Law principles and legal regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and case management abilities
- Licensed attorney in the state of Texas and in good standing
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
