Role Overview:We are looking for attorneys with a minimum of three years of experience in civil litigation within the state of California. Our firm handles a variety of complex cases, primarily in Asbestos, Toxic Tort, Products Liability and Employment. We are open to considering candidates with varying levels of experience who show a passion for litigation and a commitment to excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload with diligence and autonomy.
- Engage in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting depositions; and appearing in court.
- Utilize strong research skills to develop legal strategies.
- Exhibit excellent writing and persuasive speaking abilities.
- Work collaboratively with a team while being able to manage tasks independently.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years experience in civil litigation, with prior experience in toxic tort litigation.
- Active license to practice law in the state of California.
- A solid track record of success in litigation.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Exceptional writing and research skills.
- Driven, with a team-player mindset.
- Ability to work on assignments with minimal supervision.
