We are seeking dynamic and motivated Litigation Associates to join our team. If you are selected to work in the wrongful termination department, you will have the opportunity to represent victims of employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination as it relates to the FEHA and whistleblower protections. In the class action department, you will have the opportunity to represent victims of wage theft on a classwide basis as it relates to unpaid overtime, meal and rest breaks, unreimbursed expenses and more. In either department, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, taking/defending depositions and advocating for our clients both in and out of the courtroom. This is the perfect opportunity to get experience and exposure in state and federal employment litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries. You will truly be fighting for “the little guy”.

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member of the California State Bar in good standing. We will consider recent law school graduates who are awaiting bar results.
  • Experience is not required. We will train the right candidate.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • This position is 100% in-person at our brand new downtown Los Angeles office.
