Position Overview:We are seeking an Attorney to join our accomplished legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in commercial litigation, commercial transactions or bankruptcy law. You will provide strategic legal advice to banks and financial institutions, conduct legal research, draft documents and argue motions in state and federal court.
Qualifications:
- Must have a team driven and client-focused approach to the practice of law.
- Admission to at least one state bar.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the area of commercial finance, commercial litigation or bankruptcy law.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Desire to learn and grow your practice.
