Insurance defense litigation firm seeks associate attorney. Areas of practice include products liability, premises liability, construction negligence and general tort and commercial matters. Ideal candidate will have experience drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing dispositive motions and assisting in trial preparation. Salary commensurate with experience. Full and part-time positions are available and working remotely (or hybrid) is permitted.
