We are now seeking a talented attorney with a minimum of one year of experience to join our respected civil litigation practice.
About the Position:
We are looking for a motivated, skilled attorney who will bring their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to our team. The ideal candidate will be:
- An active member in good standing with the New York State Bar.
- Connected to, and interested in, the Capital Region of New York.
- Experienced (at least 1 year) in one or more of the following areas:
- Personal injury litigation
- Medical malpractice litigation
- Automobile accident litigation
- General liability defense
- Appeals
- Commercial litigation
- Complex litigation
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication and advocacy skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple cases.
- Proven client management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and drafting.
- Manage discovery and conduct depositions.
- Appear in State and Federal courts throughout New York State.
