A Full-Service Insurance Law Firm is seeking a Products/Labor Law Attorney with 4–6 years of relevant experience to join our White Plains, NY office. - Handle products liability and labor law matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel and recommendations to clients regarding complex labor law issues and products liability matters.
- Conduct extensive legal research to support case strategies and advise clients.
- Represent clients at depositions, court appearances, and motion practice.
- Manage assigned caseloads independently and under appropriate supervision.
- Maintain strong client relationships by adhering to guidelines and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Accurately record and maintain billable hours.
Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice in the State of New York (admissions in PA, NJ, and/or CT are a plus).
- 4–6 years of experience in products liability and/or labor law matters.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Federal court experience is a plus.
- Additional experience in insurance defense or related areas of law is considered a strong asset.
