Overview:Phillips, Richard & Rind, P.A., a leading Miami-based, union-side labor law firm, seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to represent labor unions and their members. Experience with grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, and NLRB matters is preferred but not required. Candidates must have strong research, writing, litigation, and advocacy skills and a genuine interest in working for the labor movement.
Florida Bar admission required.

Responsibilities:
- Represent labor unions and union members in grievance and arbitration proceedings
- Assist with and participate in collective bargaining negotiations
- Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to apply them effectively in labor and employment matters.
- Handle matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and other administrative agencies
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with clarity and precision.
- Represent and advocate in hearings, arbitrations, and litigation from intake through resolution.
