VanDette Law is a growing firm with offices in Buffalo and Dunkirk. We're growing our family law and matrimonial practice and looking for an attorney to join our team.This role can be done remotely or in person, whichever you prefer. The one exception is court. You'll need to show up for that.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling divorce, custody, support, and other family law matters from intake through resolution
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediation, and Family/Supreme Court
- Drafting and reviewing separation agreements, custody stipulations, and related pleadings
- Working with our real estate and personal injury attorneys when a case touches both areas
What We're Looking For:
- Admitted to practice in New York
- Family law experience preferred, but we'll consider attorneys at any experience level
- Comfortable managing your own caseload
- Solid courtroom, negotiation, and drafting skills
Pay and Benefits:
- $95,000 to $125,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Generous bonus structure based upon fees collected
- We also handle personal injury cases firm-wide, and our PI bonus program is one of the better ones around.
