- Represent clients in family and bankruptcy matters
- Draft and review legal documents
- Research legal issues and prepare for court
- Communicate with clients and other legal professionals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in the state of Texas
- Strong writing and computer skills
- Self starter who has the ability to handle multiple matters at the same time
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Desire and ability to develop new business
- Comfortable with various software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Portable business a plus
- Ties to Dallas/Fort Worth area
- At least 2 years of experience in family and/or bankruptcy law
