Job Description:
JC Law is seeking an accomplished National Sales Director to build our sales culture, develop a revenue generation strategy that supports the firm's multi-year growth plan as well as expand, train, and develop our sales team. This role will own all sales revenue generation operations within the firm including forecasting, analytics and reporting. You will lead and develop our client engagement across multiple geographies and markets as you scale our sales engine to match the pace of our national expansion.

Our goal is to Create policy, strategy, process & procedure in the sales department for JC Law and to promote growth throughout the United States.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Director to join our team. As a national Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the company as a whole from market to market. This is a leadership role that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage and analyze market trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to advise clients
  • Develop litigation and discovery strategies to support claims
  • Prepare legal documents and represent clients in court and before agencies
  • Negotiate settlements
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Billable hour requirement

Requirements:
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Maryland
  • Experience in litigation and Domestic Law
  • 1+ years' Experience with Family Law required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
