Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters
- Prepare and file visa petitions, green card applications, and other immigration-related documents
- Represent clients before USCIS, immigration courts, and other government agencies
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration laws and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with changing immigration policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership in Maryland
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment-based immigration law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bilingual skills (English and another language) highly preferred
