The base salary for this position is commensurate with experience, reflecting the candidate's qualifications, skills, and industry knowledge. Please note that the pay range figure does not include eligibility for our performance-based bonus system.

AV Rated law firm that specializes in Condominium and Homeowner Association Law, seeks a highly motivated and organized attorney with 4+ years' experience in this area of law. Ideal candidate will have experience in HOA and Condo representation in some or all of the following: civil litigation, general association counsel, contract disputes, lien foreclosure and covenant enforcement. Applicant must possess an excellent work ethic and exemplary research and writing skills. Highly competitive salary and benefits.

Position is available in either Winter Park or Melbourne office.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar association
Proven experience as an HOA or Condo attorney
Strong knowledge of state laws and regulations related to Associations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
