Hall & Evans, LLC is seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience handling civil litigation matters, particularly in defense work. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a team of knowledgeable attorneys in a supportive, business-casual setting.

You'll gain hands-on experience interacting with clients, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and developing your skills in business development.

Requirements:

Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri, required;
Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Kansas, preferred;
A strong work ethic and proven case management skills;
Excellent communication and analytical skills;
Exceptional research and writing skills;
Top-notch marketing and client development skills;
Ability to travel;
Competent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook, and;
Trial experience, preferred.
