Key Responsibilities:

Managing a diverse caseload of casualty defense matters, including personal injury, premises of liability, transportation, and general liability claims.
Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation-related documents.
Representing clients at depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings.
Developing case strategies, evaluating liability and damages exposure, and providing practical legal counsel to clients.
Collaborating with clients, experts, and colleagues to drive successful case outcomes and efficiently resolve claims.
Maintaining strong client relationships and staying current on casualty law and litigation practices.
