We Are Looking For…
An experienced attorney who will bring a self-sustaining or partially sustaining book of business, and the ambition to grow his/her practice with Burns White's support. Ideal candidates possess:
- License: PA license required, second license (OH, WV, NJ, DE, FL) a plus
- Required experience: 7+ years representing corporate debtors, financial institutions and other secured and unsecured creditors
- Preferred experience: Exposure to both creditor and debtor sides and/or handling corporate and real estate matters
- Proven strengths: Verbal and written communication, organization, attention to detail, managing multiple priorities, initiative, ability to work independently and as part of a team, analytical and creative thinking
