Job Summary:Kutak Rock LLP seeks an experienced attorney to join the Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have an interest in developing their knowledge and skills in bankruptcy, restructuring, and workout matters in the following areas: real estate and other asset-based finance transactions, specialty finance transactions, and equipment leasing, including syndicated, participated, and program structures.

Responsibilities:
- Review and draft financial documents
- Draft pleadings and appear in court
- Review and manage financial due diligence

Qualifications: Education and Experience
- Currently admitted to practice in Nebraska with an active bar license in good standing or ability to be admitted within one year of hire
- Experience in bankruptcy or restructuring matters in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred
- Candidates with an excellent academic record given preference
