Every team member is a vital part of any legal matter.As a Litigation Associate, you will work with some of the Firm's most active and experienced litigation attorneys, preparing and trying high-stakes civil cases. Candidate must be a team player, be open to instruction and training, and aspire to become a first-chair trial attorney.

- Excellent academic and professional credentials;
- Ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form;
- Strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility;
- Ability to examine and analyze cases and documents for inherent legal risks; and
- Effective analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What You Need:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in commercial litigation; and
- Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Nebraska
