- Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters with a focus on commercial defense in South Texas.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Argue hearings in court and take depositions.

Requirements:
- Experience: Preferably 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on trial work. However, highly motivated new attorneys with a passion for civil litigation are also encouraged to apply.
- Legal Skills: Proficient in legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and conducting depositions.
- Courtroom Presence: Ability to confidently argue hearings in court, showcasing strong oral advocacy skills.
- Admission: Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
