The Haggard Law Firm, PA is a boutique civil litigation law firm representing clients who have been injured or killed through the fault of others. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled trial attorney to join our team.The following are the essential job functions for the position:
- Ability to handle and try personal injury cases from inception through trial/resolution.
- Demonstrate exceptional legal research and writing skills
- Draft substantive pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other necessary legal documents
- Must be flexible with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced litigation environment.
- Timely complete required trial and administrative tasks
- Ability to work as a team member and independently handle various tasks
- 3-4 years of experience (civil preferred, or with a mixture of Public Defender/State Attorney experience)
- Juris Doctorate from accredited law school
- Licensed in Florida and a member in good standing
