The Opportunity:
This is a partner-track immigration litigation position for an attorney who:

Excels in courtroom advocacy and legal analysis
Is deeply committed to immigration justice
Understands that sustainable legal practice requires both excellence in representation and active engagement in firm growth
Wants to build something lasting—not just take on cases, but grow a practice

You'll handle your own docket of immigration removal defense cases from day one, with mentorship, infrastructure, and appellate support. Over time, you'll be expected to cultivate referral relationships, contribute to firm visibility, and help shape our strategic direction within our immigration litigation practice.

What We're Looking For:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar
3–5 years of hands-on experience in immigration removal defense, EOIR proceedings, or BIA appeals
Demonstrated courtroom or hearing experience in immigration court (EOIR), before Immigration Judges (IJ), the BIA, or federal court
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
A personal or professional commitment to serving immigrant communities
