Responsibilities/Duties:
As an Associate Social Security Disability Attorney at A Litigation and Disability Law Firm, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Case Evaluation: Thoroughly assess and evaluate disability claims.
  • Cross-Examination: Skillfully cross-examine witnesses during legal proceedings.
  • Hearings: Prepare for and represent clients at hearings.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with all relevant parties.
  • Case Strategy: Develop and execute effective case strategies.
  • Hearing Representation: Present cases in front of judges with professionalism and expertise.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Prioritization Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Bar Admission: Currently admitted to a State Bar or pending Bar exam results.
  • Academic Excellence: Graduation in the top 30% of your law school class is preferred.
  • Legal Involvement: Participation in either Moot Court or Law Review is preferred.
