Job Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team in our Bucks County office in Holland, PA. This role offers an opportunity to advocate for clients who have experienced personal injury, guiding them through complex legal processes with confidence and compassion.

Duties:

Manage personal injury cases from initial client consultation through settlement or trial.
Conduct legal research.
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Participate in proceedings such as depositions, arbitrations, trials, and other litigation activities.
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel regarding all aspects of the litigation process.

Skills:

Prior experience in personal injury law preferred, but not required.
Pennsylvania license required; New Jersey license preferred, but not required.
Legal drafting, motion preparation, trial preparation, and procedural law knowledge.
Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with law office management systems and legal case management software.
Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while demonstrating attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
