Pre Bar Results to Experienced Attorney - Small, fast paced busy office handling elder financial abuse litigation seeks go-getter, motivated self starter attorney that is interested in doing elder financial abuse and trust litigation, writing, deposition, court hearings and trial. The attorney must have excellent writing skills and multitasking abilities. We would like an attorney with some litigation experience. We are also open to of counsel that could work remotely and in the office but must have at least 5 -10 years litigation experience for of counsel consideration. Trust and probate litigation a plus.
