Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Of Counsel attorney to join a reputable Business, Employment, and Real Estate law firm. Duties:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and strategic counsel on disputes
- Lead or assist in litigation cases involving general & commercial litigation, employment disputes, or real estate conflicts (some trademark disputes, too)
- Assist in trial preparation including evidence gathering, witness interviews, and procedural law application
- Demand letters and little negotiations over smaller matters
Experience:
- At least 10 years of proven experience in general & commercial litigation, bonus along with specialized practice areas such as employment law case experience or real estate law
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting pleadings, negotiations, and advocacy across diverse legal disciplines
- Familiarity with procedural law knowledge including court depositions and trial preparation processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients while managing multiple cases efficiently
