The Tallahassee office is looking for a mid-level real estate associate to work on matters involving the Distressed High Yield Bond Workout and Public Finance Groups. Candidates should have a minimum of four (4) years of complex commercial real estate experience, preferably on behalf of developers involving mezzanine, new market tax credit and/or conduit bond financing. Candidates should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be willing to take on significant responsibilities, able to work independently, and have the desire as well as ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
