Nossaman LLP is seeking a litigation associate with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our world-class Construction and Infrastructure group in our San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County or Sacramento offices. With the broadest and deepest infrastructure practice in the U.S., we specialize in counseling clients on claims that arise on large public transportation, water, and building projects throughout the country. We also have a dynamic construction litigation team that represents private clients in a variety of matters covering issues such as contract drafting and negotiation, delay claims, cost overruns and defective construction. Clients include homebuilders, commercial developers, and contractors on myriad projects including large residential developments, offices, warehouses, and schools. Qualified candidates will have interest in construction claims as well as excellent research skills and experience drafting and responding to written discovery, pleadings, briefs and motions in arbitrations, state and federal court. eDiscovery experience is preferred. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects efficiently, work well as part of a team and be willing to take ownership of significant projects.We offer a collegial, hybrid work environment, significant early responsibility, as well as excellent advancement opportunities for associates. The salary range for the position of 2-6 Year Associate at Nossaman is $195,000 to $250,000 annually. The successful candidate's salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate's qualifications and experience. Associates are also eligible for various annual bonuses including a bonus of 15% of base compensation should they meet Nossaman's 1,850 annual billable hours expectation.
