Duane Morris LLP has an immediate opening for a highly motivated associate with at least three years of experience to join its dynamic and growing Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration practice group in its San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment litigation, responsibility for the day-to-day handling of matters under the supervision of partners and/or senior associates, and a desire for trial work with a primary focus on single-plaintiff litigation, agency work, and advice and counsel. Superior academic and writing credentials and California bar admission required. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors.
