What You'll Do:
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through trial, if necessary
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Draft, argue, and respond to motions
- Appear in court for conferences and hearings
- Develop case strategy and work directly with clients
- Perform legal research and draft high-quality pleadings and memoranda
What We're Looking For:
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 2+ years of experience in personal injury and/or insurance defense (preferred)
- Strong deposition and motion practice experience (preferred)
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
- Competitive salary: $75,000–$130,000, commensurate with experience
