Description:
Midsized Roseland, New Jersey law firm seeks a litigator admitted in New Jersey and, preferably, in New York. Two to five years of private practice experience is strongly preferred.Responsibilities would include legal research; drafting pleadings, motions and reports; taking and defending depositions; making court appearances; and interfacing with clients, fact and expert witnesses, adjusters, adversary counsel and the Court.
You would be working in a collaborative, friendly environment, and would be handling matters in a variety of practice areas while working with a number of partners.
License/Certification:
