Description: Millsap & Singer, a leading mortgage creditor‑rights law firm, is seeking a full‑time Associate Litigation Attorney for its Chesterfield, Missouri office. The firm specializes in real estate matters and the representation of mortgage lenders. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to support effective case management
- Draft pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda
- Review and analyze client documents and case materials
- Attend legal proceedings and provide legal analysis with support from experienced attorneys
- Maintain regular communication with clients and deliver exceptional client service
- Manage a substantive and active litigation caseload
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed by the Missouri Bar and be willing to obtain Kansas and Kentucky licensure
- Zero to three years of experience in real estate or related litigation preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with frequent client contact
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
