The Opportunity:

We are seeking an someone who thrives in a close-knit environment. You will have meaningful client interaction, strategic input on cases, and real courtroom responsibility.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, detail-driven, and motivated to grow with a firm where your voice and contributions truly matter.
What You'll Do:
- Handle Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases from intake through discharge
- Conduct client consultations and develop customized financial strategies
- Draft petitions, schedules, motions, objections
- Represent clients at 341 meetings and court hearings
- Negotiate directly with creditors and trustees
- Maintain organized case management with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines
- Contribute to firm development initiatives and client relationship building
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active state bar license and good standing
- 1-3 years of experience preferred
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in court and professionalism in negotiations
- Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a small team
- Desire to build long-term roots in a boutique practice
