Responsibilities:
The Chicago office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an associate attorney to work in its growing national management-side Employment, Labor & Workforce Management (ELWM) practice. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant labor and employment law experience at a firm representing employers. This position requires knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act and experience representing employers in connection with unions, as well as counseling and representing employers in relation to federal and state employment laws.

Candidates should also possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills. This position will involve substantial direct contact with clients, and include participation in both professional and new client/business development opportunities.

Qualifications:
The expected salary range for this position is $220,000 - $275,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered. In addition to the base salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
